Adrea Yoss

Adrea Yoss is an African American lawyer who grew up in the Cypress suburb of Houston, just down the road from our corporate headquarters. She received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown, where she was on the Dean’s List.

Realizing she had a passion for law, Andrea moved to Ohio to pursue her JD at Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law. While there, she was on the Environmental Law Moot Court Appellate team where she competed in the Pace University Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and earned an achievement for Best Oralist. Adrea also made the Dean’s List, was the treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta, and was the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association.

In 2018 Adrea joined the law firm of Stewart J Guss as an associate litigation attorney. She is a black attorney who is a proud member of the Texas Bar, the American Bar Association, and Texas Young Professionals. She also donates her time as a Texas Volunteer Deputy Registrar, volunteering with various organizations that help Texans register to vote.

At home, Adrea loves spending time with her family, including her three wonderful children and her beloved German Shepherd Kingsley. She also enjoys traveling and giving back to the community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
